And the CCP involved valued them based on their actual combat worth, not some fictional collector figure. Since why would a collector spend trillions on a ship it's known CCP is going to reissue repeatedly......

Now for real. CCP knows allways what-¦s up on Tranq. And they did know the the price that collectors would pay. And keeping the deal secret (the hole point!) underlines this.
